Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoshDoshGo iPhone application and the website at doshdoshgo.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
DoshDoshGo is provided by the operator of doshdoshgo.com (“we”, “us”). For support, email help@doshdoshgo.com.
2. The Service
DoshDoshGo helps you convert prices, review and split bills, and optionally keep travel work expenses and exports. Features may change over time. Some features require a paid subscription or a time-limited Trip Pass purchased through Apple.
3. Accounts & Apple
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your relationship with Apple for downloads, refunds, and Apple ID billing is governed by Apple’s terms. We do not control Apple’s payment systems.
4. Subscriptions & Trip Pass
- Plus and Business are auto-renewing subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Trip Pass is a time-boxed unlock of Plus features for a set number of days (not Business Keep for work / trip export).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in the App Store at purchase time and may vary by territory.
For Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), see also Apple’s Standard EULA. Where these Terms and Apple’s terms both apply, Apple’s terms govern App Store purchase mechanics.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use exports and shared content.
6. No professional advice
Exchange rates are reference rates for travel — not bank settlement rates. OCR and AI suggestions (including Smart Fix) can be wrong; always double-check amounts before relying on them. Work expense exports are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Confirm GST/VAT and filing with your own advisor or bookkeeper.
7. AI-assisted features
Optional Smart Fix / Convert receipt features may send receipt text to Google’s Gemini API to suggest structure and line items. Results are suggestions only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
The DoshDoshGo name, app, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that recognition or conversions will be accurate in every case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) AUD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law, if it applies to you).

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used in connection with the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence say otherwise.
